Visakhapatnam-. Indian News Times- Divisional Railway Manager,Visakhapatnam Division, Shri Lalit Bohra, conducted a surprise inspection of Visakhapatnam Railway Station today to review the standards of cleanliness, passenger amenities, and train punctuality, reaffirming the Division's commitment to providing safe, efficient, and passenger-centric railway services.
During the inspection, Shri Lalit Bohra undertook a comprehensive review of cleanliness across station premises, including platforms, circulating areas, waiting halls, and passenger facilities. He also assessed the availability and maintenance of essential passenger amenities to ensure a comfortable travel experience.
As part of the inspection, the Divisional Railway Manager interacted with passengers onboard trains and at the station to obtain firsthand feedback on the quality of services, cleanliness, punctuality, and overall travel experience. DRM instructed concerned officials to promptly address any shortcomings observed during the inspection and to sustain continuous monitoring for further improvement.
Shri Lalit Bohra was accompanied by ADRM (Operations) Shri K. Rama Rao and other senior officials of the Visakhapatnam Division during the inspection.
