He mentioned that he, along with Union Ministers Rammohan Naidu and Srinivasa Varma, Deputy Speaker Raghu Rama Krishna Raju, State Ministers Atchannaidu and Gottipati Ravi Kumar, fellow MPs, and others, met with the Union Minister for Fisheries, Animal Husbandry,
and Dairying, Shri Rajiv Ranjan Singh (Lalan Singh), at his office in Delhi. The discussion focused on measures to reduce aqua feed prices—a critical factor for the development of Andhra Pradesh's aquaculture sector—and addressed the significant financial burden placed on farmers across the state due to rising raw material costs.
They deliberated on steps the state government could take to stabilize input costs and ensure a more sustainable pricing policy for the sector. MP Harish reiterated the Alliance government's unwavering commitment to supporting aqua farmers.
