Visakhapatnam: Indian News Times:As part of the chariot festival celebrations of Sri Jagannatha Swamy at Town Kotha Road, the Lord appeared to devotees in the "Matsya" (fish) avatar on Friday. Representatives of the
Sri Sampath Vinayagar Devasthanam—including founding family member T.R. Cholan, Assistant Commissioner and Executive Officer D.V.V. Prasad, and T. Rajeshwaran—offered silk garments to the deity. Special rituals, including *Archana* and *Sahasranamarchana* (chanting of the thousand names), were performed for the
Lord throughout the morning. Festival Officer T. Annapurna, EO T. Rajagopal Reddy, Board of Trustees Chairman Surada Raj Kumar (along with board members), priests, and others participated in the event. A community meal (*Annasamaradhana*) was organized in the afternoon, followed by delightful cultural programs in the evening.
