Allavaram: Indian News Times :.Special pujas were performed at the goddess Sri Kanaka Mahalakshmi Ammavaru of Komaragiripatnam village in Allavaram mandal and the state Telugu Desam Party secretary Metla Rammurthy Sahakari Sangam Society chairman Metla Ramanababu had darshan of the goddess. A large number of devotees from various states and villages participate in the three-day pilgrimage of Mahalakshmi Ammavaru. After visiting the goddess, the temple committee members felicitated Metla Ramanababu with gajamalas. Speaking on the occasion, Ramana Babu advised the committee members to take steps to ensure that the construction of the temple is completed. He discussed with the elders to ensure that no untoward incidents occur during the three-day pilgrimage. Ramana Babu was accompanied by Subbalamma Devasthanam Chairman Peddireddy Naidu,
