ADRM COUNSELLED THE CLEANING STAFF*


A surprise inspection was conducted by ADRM (Operations), Shri K. Rama Rao, on express trains originating from Visakhapatnam, with a focus on linen quality, cleanliness, and the behavioural approach of onboard housekeeping staff.

During the inspection, the ADRM interacted with cleaning staff and linen suppliers. All concerned personnel were counselled and advised to ensure a clean and hygienic environment for passengers, maintain polite and courteous communication, and promptly address passenger complaints related to linen supply and cleanliness, thereby making the journey comfortable and memorable.

Subsequently, a counselling session was held at Visakhapatnam Railway Station for OBHS staff, supervisors, and Health Inspectors. The session emphasized improving passenger-centric behaviour and discussed strategies to further enhance service standards
