TADEPALLIGUDEM | April 8, 2026 In a significant stride toward enhancing rural healthcare, ASR Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital (ASRHMC), in collaboration with the Umar Alisha Rural Development Trust (UARDT), successfully organized a comprehensive medical camp and health awareness initiative. The program was held as a key highlight of the ongoing World Homoeopathy Awareness Week celebrations.
The event was conducted under the expert guidance of Prof. Dr. Ananda Kumar Pingali, Principal of ASRHMC, and Dr. Arla Mahesh Kumar, Medical Officer at ASRHMC. Both leaders actively participated in providing clinical consultations and spearheading the community outreach efforts.
Key Highlights of the Event: Medical Consultation: A dedicated team of physicians provided free medical check-ups and personalized consultations, addressing a wide range of acute and chronic health concerns for the village residents.
Health Awareness Drive: Educational sessions were conducted to inform the public about the role of Homoeopathy in holistic health and the vital importance of preventive measures for community well-being.
Medicine Distribution: Following clinical examinations, essential medicines were distributed to patients to ensure immediate therapeutic support.

The drive saw active participation from UARDT volunteers, including Mr. Pulla Babi and Mr. D. Ramakrishna, alongside other dedicated trust members. They were joined by a team of enthusiastic interns and students from ASRHMC, who assisted in patient coordination and health education.
