The results of the national entrance examination conducted for admission to engineering and other courses at KL University Vijayawada and Hyderabad campuses were released by the State Assembly Speaker CH Ayyanna Patrudu in Visakhapatnam on Monday. Speaking at a media conference organized on this occasion, Ayyanna Patrudu praised the entrance examination system conducted with the aim of encouraging meritorious students. He congratulated the students who secured national ranks in the examinations. He said that the government is committed to the development of the education sector in the state and that arrangements are being made for industries in the state to encourage youth with skills, creativity and potential. The Speaker called on the youth to be conscious about social media, stay away from bad things and focus on achieving goals, and fulfill the aspirations of their parents and become partners in the development of the state. University Admissions Director Dr. J Srinivasa Rao said that Rs 100 crore has been allocated annually under scholarships to encourage meritorious students. This year, 1.25 lakh people have written the national entrance examinations conducted for admission to engineering, degree and post-graduation courses. They said that they have planned to provide better scholarships to students based on the ranks obtained in their university entrance exams as well as the merit obtained in Inter and JEE. They said that they are providing industrial training by closely monitoring the ever-changing technology in the world.
Counseling from 26th to 30th of this month*KL University Vijayawada and Hyderabad campuses are conducting the counseling process for admissions to engineering, degree and post-graduation courses from 26th to 30th of this month, said Admissions Director Dr. J Srinivasa Rao. They said that all arrangements are being made for the counseling and complete details can be obtained through the university website.
