Visakhapatnam, April 2026: The Department of Psychology, St. Joseph’s College for Women has released the brochure for a Five-Day Online Faculty Development Program (FDP) on “Life Skill Education for Adolescents: Identifying and Managing Behavioural and Emotional Problems.”
The program is scheduled to be held from 13th to 17th April 2026, between 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM, and will be conducted via Google Meet. Participants who successfully complete the program will be awarded an e-certificate.
This FDP aims to equip educators with essential life skill education strategies to better understand and address the challenges faced by adolescents. Key focus areas include managing stress, anxiety, peer pressure, and other behavioural and emotional concerns. The sessions will be highly interactive and designed to provide practical approaches that educators can implement in real-world settings.
