, as part of the 'TB Mukt Bharat Abhiyan' (TB-Free India Campaign), the Honorable Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) for the Visakhapatnam South constituency, Sri Vamsi Krishna Yadav, unveiled a wall poster at his office, accompanied by the District TB Control Officer, Dr. Ronanki Ramesh.

Speaking on the occasion, the Honorable MLA called upon all citizens to actively participate in this initiative in order to realize the vision of a TB-free India. He urged the public to make the best use of this opportunity and advised anyone exhibiting symptoms—such as a cough persisting for more than two weeks, fever, weight loss, loss of appetite, night sweats, fatigue, or blood streaks in the sputum—to visit their nearest health center and undergo appropriate diagnostic tests.

Furthermore, under the 'TBMBA 2.0' program, he recommended that individuals with smoking habits, those over the age of 60, patients with diabetes, individuals with a history of TB infection, and those with a Body Mass Index (BMI) of less than 18 should undergo sputum and X-ray examinations for the diagnosis of TB.

The District TB Control Officer, Dr. Ronanki Ramesh, along with his office staff, participated in this event.
