Today, i.e. on 16.04.2026, a meeting was organized for the District Program Officers, Urban and Primary Health Center Doctors for the Simhachalam Devasthanam Chandanotsavam program and the Medical Health Department Medical Camps to be held on the 20th of this month at the conference hall of the District Medical and Health Officer's office. Speaking at this meeting, Dr. P. Jagadeeswara Rao, District Medical and Health Officer said that the doctors and staff should cooperate with this Chandanotsavam and that all the staff should work in shifts from one hour before i.e. 08:00 PM on the 19th till the end of the program on the 20th and that no leave would be allowed to anyone.

Addressing the meeting, Dr. N. Rama Reddy said that the doctors and staff in the medical camps allotted to anyone for this Chandanotsava should be available for duty without fail, no one should leave the medical camps without permission, if any problem arises, the concerned program officials should be informed and appropriate action should be taken, therefore, all the medical and health staff allotted to the medical camps should work with dedication, and the people should ensure that the medical camps allotted in the upper part of the hill, lower part and Toli Palvancha, 500 steps, Rajagopuram, Old Shiva Temple etc. are utilized properly.
