Visakhapatnam, Date. 09.04.2026 Today i.e. on 09.04.2026, Dr.P. Jagadeeswara Rao, District Medical and Health Officer, Visakhapatnam visited 1 Town, Prasad Gardens, Allipuram Urban Health Centers and reviewed the OP services, Abha ID registration, ANM services being provided there.
PMSMA, Pregnant Women Services, NCD 4.O Screening, as far as possible should be available to all and EHR, IHIP, RCH should also be registered. The staff was instructed to keep the health centers clean. All the staff were instructed to keep FRS attendance and punctuality. It was directed that if any staff member fails to register in the movement register
while going for field visit, appropriate action will be taken and that the supervisors should identify high risk pregnant women with the concerned ANMs and take them to the doctor for treatment and that the Abha ID, NCD 4.0, RCH indicators should be updated through the concerned ANMs and the doctors and supervisors should perform their duties as per their duty.
