P. Mohan Rao, former Convener of the Railway Area Committee, was honored during the 4th Annual Celebration of Sri Sathya Sai Souda.
Visakhapatnam: During the 4th annual celebration of the Bhagwan Sri Sathya Sai Souda—located at Akkayyapalem in the city—individuals dedicated to social service and outstanding volunteers of the organization were honored, notably with a special "Raksha Kavach" (protective shield) of the Swami. On this occasion, P. Mohan Rao, the former Railway Area Convener, was specially felicitated for his tireless services. It is noteworthy that Mr. Mohan Rao played a pivotal role in the renovation of the Sai Souda; indeed, it was through his untiring efforts that the very architectural profile of the temple was transformed. The event was attended by several dignitaries, including M.S. Prakash Rao (Spiritual Coordinator, Andhra Pradesh Sathya Sai Seva Organization) and Harihar Rao (Convener, Railway Area Committee).
