Ukkunagaram Sri Sathya Sai Seva Samithi Date: 19.04.2026 *“A Shade in the Scorching Sun… A Cool Relief in Thirst – Sai Youth in Selfless Service”* Ukkunagaram Sai Youth Exemplify Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba’s Message: “Service to Man is Service to God”

Inspired by the divine message of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba — “Love All, Serve All” — the Youth Wing of Sri Sathya Sai Seva Samithi, Ukkunagaram, organized meaningful service activities today on the occasion of the 15th Aradhana Mahotsavam.

With a heartfelt intent to provide relief to travelers affected by the intense summer heat, Sai Youth and Seva Dal members rendered loving service at Desapatrunipalem, Aganampudi, Rajiv Nagar (Kurmannapalem), and Ukkunagaram Junction.

What made this service truly unique was the spirit of compassion and humility — volunteers personally helped travelers wear new footwear, offering comfort to their tired feet walking on scorching roads. They also distributed new umbrellas, protecting them from the harsh sun. This was not merely an act of service, but a living expression of love.

In addition, pulihora prasadam was distributed, and about 20 litres of curd was prepared into cool buttermilk and served to quench the thirst of passersby enduring the summer heat.

The programme was carried out under the leadership of Youth Wing Leader Shri K. Prakash, along with Shri K. Ramachandra Rao, Joint Convener Shri K.V. Ramana, Women Youth Leader Kumari Sai Vidya, and members Shri K. Divakar, Parashuram, Panduranga, and others.

This noble initiative stood as a living testimony to Bhagawan’s message that “Hands that serve are holier than lips that pray,” beautifully demonstrating that true devotion lies in selfless service to humanity
