Will the fate of the descendants of former soldiers change with the land reservation...? Gram Sabha on reservation in Komaragiripatnam.....

Allavaram. Visakha  Sandesham. It remains to be seen whether the fate of the descendants of the families who served as soldiers during the Second World War, despite the change of governments, will change through the ambitious land reservation undertaken by the state Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu in the coalition government.. A Gram Sabha was held on Thursday under the auspices of the Revenue Department at the Panchayat Office in Komaragiripatnam village, one of the five major panchayats in Allavaram mandal, regarding the land reservation. Mandal Tehsildar V.L. Narasimha Rao participated as the chief guest.  In the village, especially the descendants of ex-servicemen belonging to the Ex-Servicemen Agricultural Land Colonization Cooperative Society for S Servicemen, about 470 acres of land were granted by the then Royal British Government, but since then, many governments have changed, and since then, these lands are still in the list of prohibited assets 22 (A). The descendants of ex-servicemen, since 2016, the officials who have visited the revenue offices have been telling them to bring the proceedings documents related to their lands. The current coalition government has issued G.O. No. 435/2026.

According to this G.O., even if there are no previous proceedings documents, they should not bother the people and should have copies of various documents in their possession, such as D. Patta, Adangal, 1B, A Register, and if there is evidence, their lands must be removed from the list of prohibited assets 22 (A). This G.O. has clearly stated that  Ex-Servicemen Agriculture Land Colonization Cooperative Society for S Servicemen Association President Ambati Krishna Gangadhar Rao, Director Tadi Satyanarayana (Bujji), descendants of ex-servicemen Paramata Kalidasu Babu, Boddapalli Suresh, Gedda Junson questioned the Tahsildar why their lands were not removed as per the GO in the Reserve Gram Sabha. He said that we have not yet received orders from the District Collector to fully implement the GO. He said that the reserve is currently being conducted and that the lands will be removed as soon as the orders are received from the District Collector. Former Sarpanch Rakapu Vijayalakshmi, Panchayat Secretary Chikkala Srinivas, Mandal Surveyor, Village Surveyors, Vishshu and others participated in this program.
