In the Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Konaseema district, the villagers of Bodasakurru paid a grand tribute to the Army Jawan. Amalapuram MP Ganti Harish Madhur unveiled a life-size statue of the late Army Jawan, Badugu Nagababu, a native of Bodasakurru village in the Allavaram Mandal. Badugu Nagababu, hailing from Bodasakurru, had served as a Jawan in the Indian Army for the past 24 years. While actively engaged in the service of the nation,
Nagababu fell ill; he returned to his native village in February of this year to undergo treatment but passed away while receiving care. To honor the memory of Nagababu—who dedicated his services to the defense of the country—a statue was erected in the village, which was formally unveiled by MP
