Visakhapatnam: Indian News Times:24May The autobiography of Bandaru Dattatreya, titled 'Prajala Kathe Na Atmakatha' (People's Story is My Autobiography), was formally released at a grand function held at Kakatiya Convention Centre near Maddilapalem in Visakhapatnam on Sunday. The event was attended by several constitutional dig-nitaries, senior BJP lead-ers, literary personalities, and prominent citizens from different walks of life.
The book highlights over five decades of Dattatreya's political and public life, tracing his journey from a grassroots worker to a Union Minister and Governor. Speakers described the autobiogra-phy as a reflection of con-temporary political history and dedicated public ser-vice. Speaking on the occa-sion, Haryana Governor Bandaru Dattatreya said his life journey was closely connected with the aspira-tions and struggles of com-mon people. Explaining the title of the book, he stated that every milestone in his career was shaped by the blessings and support of the public. He also urged the younger generation to fol-low value-based politics and uphold integrity in public service.
Guest Chief Kambhampati Hari Babu praised Dattatreya's contri-bution to public life and said the autobiography would inspire future gener-ations. He noted that Dattatreya's rise from a humble background to occupying high constitu-tional positions while remaining accessible to the people was remarkable.
Several leaders and long-time associates of Dattatreya, fondly known as "Dattanna," shared their experiences during the pro-gramme and appreciated his commitment to public welfare and community service.
