Ladnun | Muni Atmanand—a learned and elderly disciple of Acharya Mahashraman—has departed for the heavenly abode. Describing him as an exceptional monk, Acharya Mahashraman offered prayers for the salvation of his soul. Meanwhile, the entire Terapanth community bid him farewell on his final journey by organizing a funeral procession (*Baikunthi*). The procession commenced from the main gate of Jain Vishwa Bharati and passed through Pehli Patti, Rishabh Dwar, Sadar Bazaar, and the town's main thoroughfares. Upon the procession's arrival at the Elderly Sadhvi Service Center, the resident Sadhvis (nuns) offered auspicious prayers for the soul of the departed monk and recited the *Mangal Path* (auspicious verses) of the Jain faith for him. It is noteworthy that Muni Atmanand passed away late on Thursday night. The organizational responsibilities for the funeral procession were undertaken by Pramod Baid (President of the Acharya Mahashraman Yog Kshem Samiti), Rajendra Khated (Secretary), Dr. Kamal Singh Baid (Medical In-charge), Narpat Dugad (Advisor), Amarchand Lunkad (President of Jain Vishwa Bharati), Prakash Chand Baid (President of the Jain Shwetambar Terapanthi Sabha), along with social workers Pramod Baid, Rakesh Kochar, Mahendra Bafna, Tej Karan Bothra, Umedmal Baid, Vinod Patawari, Pannalal Baid, Mannalal Baid, Prakash Bokadia, and others. The final rites of the departed monk were performed at the Jogidada cremation ground, where his family members lit the funeral pyre.
