 Visakhapatnam Indian News Times Today, i.e. on 15.05.2026, District Medical and Health Officer Dr.P. Jagadeeswara Rao informed the press that the scanning centers operating in the urban and rural areas of Visakhapatnam are required to register online as per the PCPNDT Act 1994.

Legal action will be taken against the unregistered scanning centers as per the PCPNDT Act 1994.  Therefore, the District Medical and Health Officer, Visakhapatnam has informed that those who have not registered scanning centers should apply online at https://pcpndt.ap.gov.in/
