Visakhapatnam: Indian News Times: May 11,The ‘Somnath Swabhiman Parv’ program was organized grandly at the newly constructed Trishul on Kailasagiri hill under the chairmanship of Visakhapatnam District BJP President Shri Parshuram Raju. BJP State President Shri P.V.N. Madhav attended the program as the chief guest.
Speaking on the occasion, he mentioned several key points:
He said that the installation of the Trishul on Kailasagir is an auspicious development on the occasion of the completion of 75 years of the reconstruction of the Somnath Temple. He said that with this project, Kailasagir, which is part of the Simhachalam hill, has become a full-fledged spiritual center.
He congratulated VMRDA for installing the Trident on Kailashgiri in a most prestigious manner.
He recalled that the reconstruction of the Somnath Temple was done 75 years ago under the leadership of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel and it was started by the then President Babu Rajendra Prasad. He explained that the temple regained its identity lost due to centuries of attacks through reconstruction.
He said that Jyotirlinga sites are being developed across the country in line with the aspirations of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He revealed that ‘Swabhiman Parv’ and ‘Swabhiman Jagran’ are being organized as per Modi’s call.
He said that non-discriminatory governance is being implemented in the country and the development programs in which the Prime Minister participated recently in Telangana are proof of this. He commented that a ‘triple engine’ government is currently running in Andhra Pradesh.
While congratulating Mr. Joseph Vijay on being sworn in as the new Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, he advised the Congress, Communists and Muslim League to be vigilant. He made it clear that terrorism is being suppressed ruthlessly in the country under the leadership of Modi and Amit Shah.
