Sri Sri Sri Varaha Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Devasthanam, Simhachalam **Grand Swearing-in Ceremony of the Devasthanam Trust Board on Simhachalam Hill**

2026:**The swearing-in ceremony of the new Trust Board of the Sri Varaha Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Devasthanam was held with great grandeur on the hill on Thursday. The temple's Executive Officer (EO), Jallepalli Venkatrao, administered the oath of office to the new members in accordance with scriptural traditions.


MLAs Ganta Srinivasa Rao (Bheemili constituency), Panchakarla Ramesh Babu (Pendurthi constituency), Smt. Kolla Lalitha Kumari (S. Kota constituency), and Bandaru Satyanarayana (Madugula constituency), along with Narsapuram District Library Chairman R. Koteswara Rao, participated in the event as chief guests. 


The Devasthanam's Hereditary Trustee and Trust Board Chairman, Sri Pusapati Ashok Gajapathi Raju, attended the ceremony virtually (online) and addressed the new members. 


He called upon all board members to work in coordination towards the development of the temple and for the convenience of the devotees.

The temple priests offered Vedic blessings to the newly inducted members and presented them with the sacred vestments (Seshavastram) of the presiding deity, along with Prasadam. The event was attended by Special Deputy Collector Madhulatha, Deputy Executive Officer Singam Radha, the temple's Assistant Executive Officers, supervisory staff, and other personnel, alongside a large gathering of officials, family members of the trustees, and devotees.
