Thrilling National-Level Powerlifting Competitions Underway... Dignitaries Present Awards to Winners...

Amalapuram — Visakha Sandesam...The 15th National-Level Sub-Junior and Junior Men's & Women's Classic Powerlifting Championships are proceeding with great enthusiasm and fierce competition at Sri Satyanarayana Gardens in Amalapuram. 

The event is being organized jointly by the Andhra Pradesh Powerlifting Association and the Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Konaseema Health and Fitness Club Association, under the aegis of MP G.M. Harish Balayogi. 

Organizing Secretary Kankipati Venkateswara Rao stated that powerlifting athletes from 29 states across the country are showcasing their athletic prowess at the event. On the evening of the fourth day, Janasena leader Kalvakolanu Tataji presented awards to the winners in the 84 kg Men's Sub-Junior and Junior categories. Speaking on the occasion, Tataji began by extending his special thanks to MP Harish for creating a platform in the remote region of Konaseema where athletes from across the nation could come together to demonstrate their talent. 

 Isukapatla Raghubabu, Andhra Pradesh Child Rights Commission Member Koppula Manasa, State Director for the Handicapped RDS Prasad, Nalla Ajay, Velagatla Jagadeesh, Nalla Sanjay, Nalla Venkateswara Rao, Jampana Suman Varma, Edida Srinu, Akula Surya Narayana Murthy, Sudha Chinna, Maha Dasha Nageswara Rao, Adapa Chinna, Kumar, Chitti Babu, Ashetti Adibabu, and others participated in this program.
