Shrimati Kuppam Vijayalakshmi writes as Every day after reaching Chitravati, Bala Sai would run and sit on a big stone. After a few days, the stone broke into two parts due to lightning. The next day Swami stood on the stone and said _*"Look. This stone is crying because I can no longer sit on it."*_ Everyone was surprised and asked, "Does the stone also cry?" Then Baba said, _*"Yes, they also have life. I will use this stone in the construction of Prashanthi Nilayam. Then I will rest in that temple."*_ That stone was used in the construction of the temple.
