A Safety Seminar on "Track Protection" and "Monsoon Precautions" was conducted at Vizianagaram under the ADEN/Vizianagaram Sub-Division of Visakhapatnam Division, South Coast
Visakhapatnam :Indian News Times: Visakhapatnam Division, South Coast Railway today. The seminar was chaired by Shri Lalit Bohra, Divisional Railway Manager, Visakhapatnam.
Addressing the gathering of Trackmen and Track women, the DRM emphasized the importance of strict adherence to safety procedures, effective track protection, and enhanced vigilance during the monsoon season to ensure safe train operations. He appreciated the dedication and hard work of the track maintenance staff in keeping the railway tracks fit, thereby contributing to the safety and punctuality of trains.
Shri K. Naveen Raju, Sr DEN (East), Shri Sai Raj, Sr DEN (South), Shri Rajeev Kumar, Sr.DEN Coordination, Dr. M. Sravan Kumar, Sr DOM, Shri Depanshu Sharma, Sr.DSTE and Shri Gouri Naidu, AEN/Vizianagaram attended the seminar.
On the occasion, 30 Body Worn Cameras were distributed to Track women to enhance their safety while carrying out field duties. The initiative reflects the division's continued commitment to strengthening safety standards and ensuring the well-being of frontline railway employees
