Visakhapatnam: Indian News Times:Shri Lalit Bohra, Divisional Railway Manager, Visakhapatnam, conducted an onboard inspection of Train No. 20834 Secunderabad–Visakhapatnam Vande Bharat Express to review passenger amenities, catering quality, cleanliness, and onboard services.
During the inspection, he visited all coaches, including the Loco Pilot and Train Manager cabins, and interacted with passengers to obtain firsthand feedback on the facilities and catering services. He also sought suggestions for further improvement.
Passengers expressed satisfaction with the onboard amenities and appreciated the DRM's direct interaction, reflecting the Division's commitment to continuously enhancing passenger experience.
