Visakhapatnam : Indian News Times:On 22.08.2026, Dr. P. Jagadeeswara Rao, District Medical and Health Officer, Visakhapatnam, visited the Urban Health Centres (UHCs) at PM Palem and Bakkannapalem and reviewed the performance of the medical and health staff. He conducted a review covering various aspects, including the status of hospital services (verified via IVRS), public perception, KPI indicators, EHR, ABHA ID registration, RBSK services, OP and IP services, laboratory tests, medicine availability, and FRS-based attendance. He instructed the staff to maintain the surroundings of the Urban Health Centres in a clean and hygienic condition.
Dr. B. Umavathi (DPMO), Dr. Dileep Raja (DSO), medical officers and staff from the PM Palem and Bakkannapalem Urban Health Centres participated in this visit.
