Visakhapatnam Indian News Times:August 28, 2026:The Mahila Youth Wing of Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisations, Andhra Pradesh – Visakhapatnam District*, celebrated Raksha Bandhan with devotion and warmth at Manasa Defence Academy on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan.
Continuing a meaningful initiative that has been conducted for the past two years, 14 members of the Mahila Youth Wing participated in the celebrations and tied Rakhis to the students of the Defence Academy. The programme conveyed the values of brotherhood, love, mutual respect, selfless service and patriotism, making the festival a celebration of human values and national spirit.
On the occasion, Shri Rambhir Singh Rawat, Director, Manasa Defence Academy, appreciated the spirit of the Sri Sathya Sai Mahila Youth in strengthening the bond between brothers and sisters, truly reflecting the richness and greatness of Indian culture and traditions through this meaningful celebration.
Inspired by the spirit of service promoted by the Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisations, the programme transformed Raksha Bandhan from merely a festive occasion into a sacred celebration of love, brotherhood, service and patriotism.
