Visakhapatnam | August 26, 2026: Shri Lalit Bohra, Divisional Railway Manager, Visakhapatnam, visited the New Coaching Complex at Visakhapatnam Railway Station, along with Shri K. Rama Rao, ADRM, and officers from the Operating, Engineering, Mechanical and Signal departments.

Visakhapatnam:Indian News Times:During the visit, Shri Lalit Bohra inaugurated the newly developed Vande Bharat Building and Simhadri Building at the NCC/Coaching Depot, Visakhapatnam.

The Vande Bharat Building has been exclusively earmarked for administrative activities related to the operation and maintenance of Vande Bharat Express services. The building also provides secure storage facilities for high-value materials.

The Simhadri Building has been dedicated to the administrative functioning of Supervisors and staff of the Washing Line, C&W and CHG, along with personnel of the AC/TL and Operating departments associated with coaching operations.

The newly developed facilities will provide improved, centralized and better-organized working facilities, further strengthening the efficiency of coaching maintenance activities at Visakhapatnam.
