A father's anguish over the SADARAM certificate... Waiting to submit a grievance at the Chief Minister's meeting...

Amalapuram/Visakhapatnam: Indian News Times -The sight of Chanti Babu—a resident of Tatipaka village in Razole Mandal—waiting to submit a grievance regarding the SADARAM certificate for his 25-year-old son, Jeevan (who has special needs), is moving onlookers to tears. "My son has had a mental health condition since birth. We previously applied for the SADARAM certificate online; at that time, he was examined and diagnosed with a mental disability. Now, however, the online application process isn't working," he lamented. "We approached the Collectorate regarding this issue and were referred to the government hospital. We have made three trips to the Amalapuram hospital, three to the Collectorate, and three to the Razole government hospital. We also visited our MP's office twice, where we were repeatedly told, 'It will get done... it will come through.' After visiting the Collectorate, we took my son to the Amalapuram hospital, where government doctors examined him and assured us that the SADARAM certificate would be issued by the 15th. Now, we are being told to visit our MLA, then go back to the Amalapuram hospital, and subsequently travel to Kakinada. Sir, we have made so many rounds; we simply do not have the means or strength to keep running around like this anymore."  Please resolve our issue, oversee the process of obtaining the 'Sadaram' certificate for my son, and help secure a disability pension for him. That is why I have come here to submit a petition to Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu. I sincerely request you to resolve our problem and ensure justice for my son.
