Amalapuram-Visakhapatnam. Indian News Times -The operators of Jeevi (Jevi) Shopping Mall at the clock tower in Amalapuram are illegally parking on the municipal road, causing severe traffic disruption, and Vimukthi Chirutala Party State Deputy General Secretary Bonthu Ramana has demanded immediate action against those responsible for this. Explaining the seriousness of the problem, he filed a complaint with the District Collector in PGRS. When the traffic congestion on the main road at the clock tower is heavy, people mostly travel on the road adjacent to this Jeevi Mall as an alternative. Moreover, people travel to various banks, police stations, and the main post office through this road.  The traffic problem in Amalapuram town is serious, the roads need to be widened, and the existing road is being used illegally by shopping mall operators, but neither the municipal officials nor the traffic police are paying attention. The operators of the Jeevi Mall have illegally occupied this very important municipal road and turned it into a bike parking lot for their mall. In addition, local traders have encroached on the post office, causing great difficulties for people going to the post office. He said that due to these encroachments, not only post office services but also banks and people going there are being severely disrupted. He requested the District Collector to respond immediately and issue appropriate orders to the Amalapuram Municipal Commissioner. Bonthu Ramana complained to the Collector to permanently remove the illegal bike parking lot of Jeevi Mall and the fruit shops encroaching on the road and help the people move around.
