SHRI NAGA RONGALA SEENIVASU APPOINTED AS DGM/GENERAL, SOUTH COAST RAILWAY*

Visakhapatnam Indian News Times -Shri Naga  Rongala Seenivasu  an officer of the Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRSEE), 2011 batch, has been appointed as Deputy General Manager (General), South Coast Railway (SCoR) and assumed charge of the post today, 15 September 2026.

Shri Naga Rongala Seenivasu  has been associated with several notable technical and innovative initiatives. He has extensive experience in Electrical Engineering, electric locomotive operations and maintenance, energy conservation and innovative railway technologies. Prior to his present assignment, he served as Dy. Chief Electrical Engineer/Loco & Operations, South Coast Railway, and also held the positions of Senior Divisional Electrical Engineer, Electric Loco Shed/Royapuram and Senior Divisional Electrical Engineer, Electric Loco Shed/Arakkonam, Chennai Division.

He holds a B.E. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from C.R.R. College of Engineering, Eluru, and an M.E. in Signal Processing from the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bengaluru.
