SOUTH COAST RAILWAY WOMEN’S WELFARE ORGANISATION CONDUCTS ON-THE-SPOT DRAWING & PAINTING COMPETITION FOR RAILWAY CHILDREN*


Visakhapatnam- Indian News Times -Continuing its initiatives toward fostering creativity and talent among the children of railway employees, the South Coast Railway Women’s Welfare Organisation (SCoRWWO) organized an "On-the-Spot Drawing and Painting Competition" at Visakhapatnam under the leadership of Smt. Charu Mathur, President, SCoRWWO.

More than 50 enthusiastic children participated in the event, showcasing their artistic flair, imagination, and keen interest across various creative themes. The initiative aimed to provide a supportive platform for young minds to express their perspectives visually and develop a spirit of healthy creative engagement.

The event was graced by Smt. Charu Mathur, President, SCoRWWO, along with key executive members: Smt. Anju Gupta (Secretary), Smt. Madhusmitha Sahoo (Joint Secretary), Smt. L. Swarnalatha (Treasurer), Smt. Meenakshi Sinha, Smt. P. Raja Harathi, and Smt. Nisha Sinha.

Addressing the gathering, the dignitaries commended the young participants for their vibrant artwork, original thought processes, and enthusiastic involvement. As a token of encouragement and appreciation, gifts and health kit packets were distributed to all participating children.
