Teachers Felicitated Grandly on Teachers' Day; Rewards Distributed to Students...

K. Gangavaram, Visakha Sandesam...A grand Teachers' Day celebration was held at the Mandal Praja Parishad Model Primary School in Sherilanka, K. Gangavaram Mandal, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Konaseema District, under the leadership of Headmistress A. Satya Padmini. On this occasion, the school teachers were felicitated. Additionally, in memory of the late couple Sade Nagur Meera Saheb and Elizabeth, cash prizes and honors were awarded to students who excelled in the 10th-grade examinations: Poddoka Rekha received the first prize of ₹5,000; Kondepudi Gauri received the second prize of ₹3,000; and Kondepudi Satish received the third prize of ₹2,000. 

They were honored with shawls and mementos by the couple's family members—D.R.K. Vijay Kumari, Rajendra Prasad, Jayasheela Kumar, and Jawaharlal. Speakers praised the character of the late Meera Saheb Master and urged everyone to carry forward his ideals. Villagers and former students—including Budithi Venkateswarlu, Neredumilli Abbulu, Pothula Nageswara Rao, and T. Rajababu—as well as PMC Chairman Giddi Venkatesh and MPTC member Kondepudi Ganga Bhavani, participated in the event.
