Visakhapatnam- Indian News Times -19 September 2026,The program began with prayer and the Investiture Ceremony of the Student Council, followed by the presentation of the Action Plan 2026–27. The Chief Guest Dr. I. Vani, Superintendent of King George Hospital, delivered the inaugural address.
The event was presided over by Principal Dr. Sr. Shyji P.D., with the presence of Vice Principal Dr. Sr. Hema, Office Superintendent Sr. Mary, faculty advisors Dr. Capt. K. Sujatha (Head, Mathematics), Mrs. Sony, Dr. Mousami, Mrs. Pratyusha, Mrs. Urmila, Dr. Sr. Latha, Dr. Koteswara Rao, and Dr. Praveen.
The Student Council President Muga Pravallika, along with members Monalisa, Charishma, Pragna, Vaishnavi, Likitha, Angel Kujur, Niharika Ratnam, Padma Yashasvini, and others, actively participated in the proceedings.
Felicitation to Ph.D Awardees such as Dr. Gayatri, Dr. Sowjanya, Dr. Madhavi, Dr. Sr. Latha, and Dr. Kishore was also held. It was a proud moment for the College to acknowledge the remarkable academic and research accomplishments of Dr. Capt. K. Sujatha, Professor & Head, Department of Mathematics and Statistics, who attended an international conference at Sri Lanka and was awarded the Indo–Sri Lankan Research Excellence Award 2026, felicitated by the Chief Guest.
The program concluded with felicitation of faculty members and cultural activities.
