St. Joseph’s College Unveils Book on Investment, Inclusive Growth and Sustainable Development Departments of Economics and Psychology bring out scholarly publication with contributions from 25 authors

Visakhapatnam: Indian News Times:St. Joseph’s College for Women, Visakhapatnam, witnessed the unveiling of the scholarly book “Investment and Inclusive Growth in Andhra Pradesh: Pathways to Sustainable Development”, brought out by the Departments of Economics and Psychology. The book was formally unveiled by the Principal, Dr. Sr. Shyji P.D., in the presence of faculty members and contributors.

The publication brings together valuable scholarly perspectives on investment, inclusive growth and sustainable development in Andhra Pradesh. The volume features research contributions from 25 authors representing diverse academic disciplines, including faculty members, research scholars, and undergraduate and postgraduate students from different institutions

Faculty members of St. Joseph’s College for Women—Lt. K.V.L. Prudvila, Ms. Shaista Bhartiya, Dr. P. Mary Anupama, Mrs. B. Anitha, and Mrs. K. Pratyusha—have also contributed scholarly papers to the volume.

The book examines various dimensions of investment and inclusive growth and explores pathways towards sustainable economic and social development in Andhra Pradesh. The interdisciplinary nature of the publication adds academic depth and provides broader perspectives on the developmental challenges and opportunities of the State.

On the occasion, Principal Dr. Sr. Shyji P.D. appreciated the initiative of the Departments of Economics and Psychology and congratulated all the authors for their valuable contributions. She specially commended Special Editor Dr. P. Ramani Latha and the Editorial Board for their dedicated efforts in conceptualising, coordinating and bringing out the publication.

The book unveiling marks another significant academic initiative of St. Joseph’s College for Women, reflecting the institution’s commitment to research, interdisciplinary scholarship, knowledge creation and sustainable development.
